Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Requirements gathering by conducting business scenario workshops with the customer.

  • Able to interpret functional requirements and deliver the system / process designs in the finance area.

  • Map client requirements against standard Oracle Financial Modules process for

  • Design module specific and end to end process solution in the context of integrated Oracle financial application.

  • Should be capable of handling Functional Fit-Gap analysis.

  • Manage project documentation based on OUM methodology.

  • Understand country-specific localization requirements

  • Independently manage finance module configuration in Oracle EBS and/or Fusion application.

  • Should manage support and conduct CRPs/SITs/UATs and the preparation test scenarios & scripts in the applicable areas.

  • Should manage, support, and conduct end use training and the preparation of appropriate training materials.

  • Manage participate project review session with the customer.

  • Own and manage the maintenance and enhancements on an existing Oracle Financial deployment.

  • Manage quality aspects in each project implementation phases.

  • Support the team in planning and project management activities and client relationships.

  • Manage and support Filix internal KPI’s

Experience:

  • Core experience in finance functions

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience working in ERP Financials product (EBS and Fusion) which includes modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management

  • Should have worked in at least 2 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations in EBS and another in Fusion Financials

  • Experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion financial areas

  • Experience of having worked in a client facing delivery role

  • Experience in project planning and management

  • Strong customer handling skills.

  • Ability to drive project independently.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical & problem-solving skills

  • Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly.

  • Ability to work as part of a broader project team.

  • Ability to follow well defined release management processes.

  • Ability to multitask and still stay focused on release priorities.

  • Must have valid passport.

  • Client site work / Business Traveling involved.


Education:

Should be a Finance graduate from any reputed educational institution. Having Oracle certification is an added advantage.
